I'm still doin it guys...I'm still running. I have been a little lax about running every other day (in order to cram 10 weeks of training into 8) but I have officially finished week 3 of Podrunner. It is a free podcast from the Itunes store. It's club/dance music and you simply run to the beat. Every so often there is a little do-do-do sound and that is when you switch from walking to running. It does this for 30 minutes. Week 1 I would get in 2 milesish, week 2 got in 2 and 1/4 and am now getting in 2 and 1/2. It wears me out, makes me sweat, occassionally gives me a stich in the side, but I do it. I haven't done my measurements lately, but 2 weeks ago, after 1 month of dieting and 1 week of running I'd lost 13 lbs and 7 inches. I'm just trying to keep it up. One foot in front of the other until I can run 3 miles in no more than 30 minutes. Wish me luck as I keep tryin' to kick ass.
